We are appealing the 4/22/25 decision by the Corte Madera City Council to allow this 6-story, 72+ feet, low income housing building to proceed at 240 Tamal Vista Boulevard. This at a 3-point intersection at Fifer, Tamal VIsta Boulevard and Lucky Drive. The town of Corte Madera has not done its due diligence to research safety in the event of a natural disaster or to provide supporting evidence that this high-rise is safe to build in this location.
